Ingredients
- • 2 tablespoons SA Braai Chutney
- • 1 whole chicken or rotisserie chicken
- • 1 yellow onions, finely chopped
- • 2 tablespoons olive oil
- • 1 tablespoons curry powder
- • 1 cup water
- • 4 bay leaves
- • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- • 1 tablespoons salt
- • 2 cups mayonnaise
- • ½ pint heavy whipping cream**
- Optional- add for extra creamy flavor.
Instructions
- Cook the chickens in mixed herbs add 1 onion or use rotisserie chicken.
- Remove chicken from bone & remove skin.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
- Refrigerate overnight and serve not too cold.
- Decorate with pineapple or parsley
- - Serves 4 to 6
- - Great as a cold salad topped over fresh spring mix or on sandwich!
