Ingredients
  1. • 2 tablespoons SA Braai Chutney
  2. • 1 whole chicken or rotisserie chicken
  3. • 1 yellow onions, finely chopped
  4. • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. • 1 tablespoons curry powder
  6. • 1 cup water
  7. • 4 bay leaves
  8. • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  9. • 1 tablespoons salt
  10. • 2 cups mayonnaise
  11. • ½ pint heavy whipping cream**
  12. Optional- add for extra creamy flavor.
Instructions
  1. Cook the chickens in mixed herbs add 1 onion or use rotisserie chicken.
  2. Remove chicken from bone & remove skin.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve not too cold.
  5. Decorate with pineapple or parsley
  6. - Serves 4 to 6
  7. - Great as a cold salad topped over fresh spring mix or on sandwich!
